These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of One Team 2by2 (OT2x2) and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice. OT2x2 has the right to change the program or terms and conditions when it deems it necessary.

OT2x2 is not an investment program or ponzi scheme. You are not guaranteed a return on your money. We cannot guarantee that you will make money with our program. You will receive real products and services that are valued far more then your $12 monthly payment. You are also not ever required to refer other members to our program to earn.

We cannot accept members from the following countries: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, and Cuba.

Illegal activity. Members may not present OT2x2 promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by OT2x2, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

OT2x2 will in no way be liable for any loss attributed to this program.

Third-Party Liability. OT2x2 will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

Terms and Conditions. OT2x2 reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

Membership Fee. Our membership fee is $12 and recurs every month, and is nonrefundable. You can cancel your recurring charge anytime. If you Paid via Alert Pay or Solid Trust Pay, login to your account to cancel. If you paid via credit or debit card, use the contact us link with the last 4 digits on your card to cancel your payment.

Refund Policy. No refunds can be given after your after your account has been upgraded and you have received access to our products and services.

If you paid via credit card, use the contact us tab on the site with your last 4 digits on your card to cancel. No refunds are given for any reason on coop purchases.

The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.

We Accept payment through credit and debit card via our merchant processor, Alert Pay or Solid Trust Pay.

Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of OT2x2 with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

Membership Cancellation. OT2x2 is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. OT2x2 will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with OT2x2 terms and conditions.

Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with OT2X2. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by OT2X2 will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to OT2X2.

Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of OT2x2.

Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of WV, USA.

Private Information. OT2x2 will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within OT2x2 are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. OT2x2 provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to OT2x2 and or its members will be terminated from OT2X2. Depending on seriousness, OT2x2 may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

SPAM. OT2x2 strictly prohibits the use of Use or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of OT2x2 and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. OT2x2 will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from OT2x2 or any program promoted via the program.

Privacy: Your information collected is soley for the use of OT2x2 and will not be sold to any other company.

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OT2X2 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OT2X2 MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER OT2x2 NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
